- Deep tissue (Trigger point),
- Stress massage (close to sports but not quite) ,
- Swedish relaxation.
I have been effective using Trigger Point in assisting frozen shoulder, repetitive strain in wrist, rye necks, spasm in back, psoas/lower back issues, siactic tension. If after 2 treatments with Trigger Point there is no obvious change especially if homework stretches, increase in water and exercises are upheld, then a referral would occur.
